Before considering the best possible SAP support, you need to analyse the logistics process. Unnecessarily complex processes with multiple exceptions and exceptional cases, which are only known by a few insiders and do not add any value, should be reviewed in terms of their necessity within the scope of a process analysis and critical assessment.
